I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Not afraid to admit I eat baby food.....Baby food gainz!!! But I a have clean diet and loosely follow macros. I have one wonderful cheat day on Saturday or Sunday. Otherwise I keep it clean during the week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do weekly yoga. Gotta stay mobile

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started my CrossFit career at CrossFit SolaFide and made some wonderful friendships there :-)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually workout 5-6 days a week one of those days will be hot or power flow yoga. I will take only one rest day usually.

I have been doing CrossFit since August 2011.
