How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
balanced diet.. whole grains/whey prior to workout followed by high potassium/carb foods that are fast digesting (bananas) with whey post workout. 6 meals/day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
combination of bodybuilding/power training in a conventional style gym for 3-4 years seriously. I wanted to take it to the next level with crossfit training so I can compete on a athletic stage.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
only 4 WOD's in @ cross-fit relentless and was hooked from the first workout.
