How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try and stick to the zone, but allow for some flexibility, well at times A LOT of flexibility.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
I split my time between Crossfit New England, and the weight room at the high school I work at. I follow CFNE's programming as best as I can with some incorporation of main site programming.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I started following the mainsite when I was at McMurdo Station, Antarctica with a good friend. Then when my contract was up I went to CFNE for an Elements course, to really learn the movements and get an inperson feel for the sport. There is only so much you can learn from Youtube. I now help the students in the weight room here at the high school. I plan to include as much Crossfit as possible when I start teaching in the fall.
