I have been CrossFitting for coming up to 5 yrs now. Enjoy the family atmosphere and camaraderie at CF Brisbane!
How I Eat
I try to eat as strict paleo as possible, water foods such as salads, vegetables raw with homemade sauces suchas homous, garlic dip, lemon juice etc, main aim is to reduce iinflammation and acidity of my body.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have always been active, Surf Lifesaving, Surfing, rugby union, Kayaking, Crosscountry running. Came to CrossFit after 3yrs of inactivity! Love the atmosphere and watching not only my improvements but others around me as well.
