How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I do crossfit so I can eat whatever I want. That doesn't mean that I eat junk food, but if I want an extra beer or burger, I have it.

I played football, baseball, and ran track in high school. I was an All-American sprinter in college.
