Bio

My name is Kristina a.k.a Row Row. I am not, by any means, a "Bad Ass" but I will certainly be the first to put in the work when work needs to be done. I began Crossfitting 4 years ago with many injuries and have since worked hard and long so that these injuries rarely affect me and my WODs. There are still things I don't do yet i.e muscle ups, but with practice those will come some day if I want them to. Some things I do slower than others, but I am one of those people that will NEVER give up. I guarantee you this, there will NEVER be a "DNF" next to my name unless there is no possible way to finish, due to a leg falling off or decapitation. Even then I think I would still try to hobble the rest of the way to the finish line! Go Git Some Tiger's Blood!

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

Correction. I eat 80% Paleo, 100% of the time! :-)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I am at my box 7 days a week. On rest days I will typically row, run or do mobility and stretching. I also join Jasha's Barbell club on Wednesdays whenever possible.

I train other people by cheering them on and being right next to them when they need support the most. I am not a certified coach. I am professional CFS cheerleader though :-)

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I will do the WOD then add in a 5k row or long distance running.....
