How I Eat
Typically I use utensils such as a knife, fork, spoon, and on special occasions a spork (if I'm having luch in a public school cafeteria). But, there are times I eat with no utensils (if I'm eating ribs, chicken wings, or pizza).
How I Train
Can we be more specific crossfit? How do I train what? Horses? Dogs? Me? But really, if I'm going to "train" I go to the local station and buy a ticket. What does this have to do with crossfit?
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I did play college sports believe it or not. But, I do feel I missed my calling as a professional hotdog eater. With enough focused intensity I believe I could at least be "honorable mention" at Nathan's National Hotdog Eating Tournament.
My Experience With CrossFit
The Best. Unless we have to burpees. Will we have to do burpees in the open? Actually, burpees and snatches. If we don't have to do burpees or snatches I feel pretty good about my chances.
My Work/Rest Schedule
6 days of rest (usually carbo loading during this period) then 1 WOD (at half speed, I've got to leave some in the tank for regionals).
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Shouldn't I be ripped by now?
