How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat strict paleo. I only eat what I kill with my arrowhead and wooden spear. I pick berries, eat leaves right off the tree, and occasionally have locust for dessert. If I cook, it is over a camp fire that I lit from rubbing two wooly mammoth tusk together.
How I Train
I peek in Rich Fronings garage window and check out what he's doing. Then I go home and repeat what I saw except faster.

I played college sports
I did play college sports believe it or not. Which has prepared me to shoot free throws not snatch 75 LBS 4,000 x
My Experience With CrossFit
Good. except when it makes me puke.
My Work/Rest Schedule
6 days of rest (usually carbo loading during this period) then 1 WOD (at half speed, I've got to leave some in the tank for the games).
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Still no 6 pack.
