I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I follow the programming of Crossfit NWA and complete 5-6 WOD's weekly.

I played youth or high school level sports
All sports throughout youth and then mostly baseball through high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
On December 5th 2009 I was involved in a bad car accident causing me to back my back. My doctor told me to lose weight or I would wind up living in great pain and would have horrible issues when I get older. So six months later on June 21st 2010 I began my Crossfit journey. I weighed in at 280 lbs (and probably the biggest person to walk through the doors Crossfit NWA to date) and now today weigh in at 202 lbs. When I began I could hardly get through the warmup but now I complete many WOD's Rx. Crossfit has changed my entire outlook on life. No longer do obstacles seem insurmountable. This is all possible because of Lee Kelly and all of the Coaches of Crossfit NWA.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3 on 1 off
