How I Eat
I eat well when I can. Weigh and measure when I can. Avoid starch. I just finished a 6 week paleo intensive. I lost too much weight. Felt gross by the end of it. I think I'm better off eating a little shitty here and there. Plus it make me happy.
How I Train
I'm currently not crossfitting due to a couple injuries. On the mend though and will be back at it by summer I hope. Just in time for thong season!

My Experience With CrossFit
Started with a buddy doing it online from the .com website. Moved to Van in 2006 and joined CrossFit Vancouver.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Like I said, I'm not CF'ing right now but when I'm training hard I like 4-5 days a week. Leaves my tired old bones time to recover and allows mw time and energy to be active outside of the gym.
