How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly paleo, plus a lot of grass fed whole milk and some rice and oatmeal.
How I Train
I write my own programming
I try to workout with my members whenever possible to push them and make it more fun for myself, but its usually just me and the music.
My Athletic Background
I've played every sport there is. I love CrossFit because it has so much variety. I was never able to stick to one single sport for long enough.

I always take 2 days off per week. Sometimes consecutive and sometimes spread out.
