Started crossfit in New Zealand at Kia Kaha CrossFit, moved to Los Angeles for a couple of years and represented Golden State CrossFit at the 2013 Southern California regionals and placed 23rd in their team. Now training at CrossFit Rocks in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Australia, placed 3rd in the CFR team at the 2015 Pacific Regionals.

I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I've been zoning for the majority of 2015, with 1-2 cheat meals a week.

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Dancer, that did a bit of recreational skiing, wake boarding, swimming, and gymnastics growing up. Moved away from dancing after tearing my ACL, I ended up in the gym a lot strengthening my knee, which ultimately lead to crossfit.
