Started crossfit in New Zealand at Kia Kaha CrossFit, moved to Los Angeles, was on Golden State CrossFit's team at the 2013 Southern California regionals and placed 23rd. Now training at CrossFit Rocks in Australia, placed 3rd in the team division at the 2015 Pacific Regionals. Went on to finish in 30th at the Games.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

Usually train 5 x week, the odd double day here and there. Do not mind a rest day!!
