I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Try to stay as close to paleo as possible...but that isnt always an option!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
Crossfit 4+ times a week plus a hockey game or 2 each week with a sprinkle of Bikram Yoga.
