I have always loved sports and I'm a competitive person. Crossfit is a love hate relationship for me. In cross fit, the workouts are always changing and challenging you to the next level....you think you've got it, then they throw you a curve ball. I'm a sign language interpreter by day, and a firey red head by night.....so naturally...I'm competitive in all aspects of life.
