I am a Mom of 5 boys! They are my life, Crossfit is my Sanity. I love to workout. Love to train my clients. Love the challenge of it all and enjoy trying to work hard despite having to start over so many times due to pregnancy, my boys are what make me who I am today. They keep me strong and so does my Faith. Trying to balance it all is tough but I need the mental break and the physical stress reliever!

Off and on due to pregnancies, crossfitted during last three pregnancies but no same intensity level.
