I eat strict Paleo
I'm eating pretty clean Paleo 100% of the time. Not a paleo expert but doing my best with the knowledge I gain from the great people at CrossFit Old Town Alexandria - and it's working!

I played youth or high school level sports
Football in highschool. Offshore Ocean Racing in Sailboats and rifle shooting were my sports in college. Blessed to still be Ocean Racing!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I work out 1 WOD per day Monday-Friday and rest Saturday & Sunday.

Started CrossFit June 2011. Have dropped 30+ lbs since starting strict Paleo nutrition October 2011.
