How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I believe moderation is key. I won't deny myself something if I am at the right place because I know I do a pretty good job of being healthy most of the time. I know I'll work hard the next day to work it off. Plus, I figure life is too short to miss out!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have been a competitive swimmer since I was 5 and played on the high school tennis team. I have competed in triathlons and swimming competitions as an adult. I have also completed several marathons.
