6 years doing CrossFIt, and I still love it as much as I did when I found it.. One of my fav times of year!! 2014 is going to be AWESOME!!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I usually eat clean Monday to Friday then Saturday and Sunday evening are my cheat meals.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I own CrossFit Central Manchester so I try to train as much as I can. This year I've mainly been following the programming I set for the gym, while throwing in some additional lifting and .com workouts.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was a 100m sprinter in school but that was a VERY LONG time ago, does it count :) My background is mainly in dance.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

Since the start of 2008!
