How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a lot of pork products. I think Korean food is fantastic.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have finally started to attack my weaknesses, mind you it took me three years.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
Three days on one day off, then two days on one day off.
