How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I walk a fine line between anorexia and obesity...I usually try and eat during the WOD so I have the energy to give up early and put my weights away before anyone realizes i didn't complete the workout.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I find hiding behind equipment and having long transition times are key and essential in any WOD. I'll be launching a new camouflage clothing line that mimics the box environment so you can hide during the WODS.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I only rest during the WOD... I also rest during a heavy pull of a lift...
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Before Crossfit i was an amazing athlete now with Crossfit I am an amazing tired old man. I know how old i am by the number of clicks my joints make in the morning when I KIP out of bed. Thanks Crossfit!
