I am a husband, father of 2 sweet boys (1 year and 3 years), Christ follower and medical device sales management professional. I compete because CrossFit is an incredible part of my life that adds energy, focus, achievement, challenge and community in my life. It's a blessing in my life and I compete to stay competitive and challenge my body in an effort to continue to improve and grow. CrossFit is an AMAZING community of humble, hard-charging, elite-minded people who desire to grow and challenge themselves and their CF community.
