Bio

Started crossfit central in March of 2011. Have lost roughly 80 pounds so far and have improved nearly every aspect of my life since i've started. Im very lucky to have such good coaches friends and role models at my box and in life. Crossfit helps to feed my internal need for competition.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I don't have any 80/20 rules. Go strict paleo for good stretches than a cheat meal. Meal not day.
