I weigh and measure my food
My only cheats are the occasional glass of red wine. I am using the RP template.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I CrossFit 3-4 times per week and try to fit in a running, cycling, and yoga on the other 2-3 days.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I am a CrossFit addict who would love to be certified some day. It has changed my life and I'd love to help change others lives!
