How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I try to eat clean. It is sort of paleo with a few extra additions (beans, lentils, etc). I try and let myself have something fun once in a while so I don't feel completely deprived.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I train for my endurance motorcycle events.
