Although Crossfit is a big part of my life, my main focus is raising and schooling my four daughters along with running our household and helping run our box. Life is moving at an extremely fast pace and unfortunately my workouts can tend to take the back seat with the turn of events that happen on any given day. There are many days where I am doing rounds of "Cindy" in the living room while teaching math or grammer to the kids....whatever it takes to fit it in! haha

My Experience With CrossFit

About 9 1/2 years ago my husband came home and told me I had to try a new workout he heard about from one of his para rescue buddies. I was six months pregnant with our second child at the time, but very active, so I gave it a try. Never looked back since! I have crossfitted through 2 other pregnancies since then and now my 4 cherubs are joining in on the fun! My thirteen year old daughter is hoping to make it to regionals in a couple years with our team. Who knows.. maybe all four of my girls will be at the games one day! Its exciting to see how much Crossfit has grown in the years since we have started. We have owned our box for 7 1/2 years. It has been an interesting and exciting journey! We have loved training people, changing their lives and seeing our athletes become who they are!
