Definitely a life altering change to how I viewed "going to the gym". One excellent path to becoming your own machine.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
Daddle a little here and there with 2x WODs a day occasionally. Usually when soreness creeps in, I'll take an extra day and keep my attention focused on the foam roller.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Found Crossfit in mid-2009 thanks to a good friend (Cam). Liked it so much, I picked up coaching at CrossFit Diesel in Columbia, MD and haven't looked back since.
