How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat Paleo and rarely have cheat meals. I usually cook in bulk so I have portioned meals throughout the week. I may have a glass of wine occasionally but not in excess.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I swam and ran track in High School. I keep up with my swimming and run occassionally. I'm also not bad at beach volleyball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started Crossfit as a way to get in shape for Tough Mudder and quickly got addicted. I started out only going to an affiliate once a week but about six months later I started going a few times a week and got more serious about my progress. Now I go 4-6 times a week if my schedule permits.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Mondays are usually my rest days and periodically Thursdays as well. Depends on my work schedule.
