How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I will switch to strict Paleo before and during the Open competition.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do CrossFit WODs at CrossFit Reston along with some endurance run training and distance road cycling.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
In the past, I have played recreational racquetball, but no other sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I occasionally do a WOD and a run/cycling in the same day.
