I started Crossfit in 2007. I didn't think I wanted to compete anymore..... I have been competing all my life. I didn't even know about the crossfit games in '07. A friend competed in the '08 Games and convinced me to try. I competed at the GAMES in 2009, and 2010 as an Individual......and 2013 on a team with Crossfit Fort Vancouver. I am competitive, I guess..... I couldn't resist.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat 100% paleo 50% of the time!! I fight the urge to NOT eat doughnuts.... they are my Kryptonite!!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I attend an affiliate for the community, competition, and coaching. I workout in my garage a lot also.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played college football for the University of Oregon, Linebacker. GO DUCKS!!!!!
