I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I train mainly on my own although I love training with friends who like to get after it. I'm still relatively new to crossfit so I try and focus my training on weaknesses which are quite extensive, but all-in-all I really just like "SHAKING PLATES" with my friends and having fun.
