I have owned CrossFit Hybrid Athletics in Stamford, CT for over 8 years and I opened my second affiliate in Bridgeport, CT 7 months ago. Competed at the Games in 2009, 2010, and 2011 with a best finish of 15th in 2010. Father of 2 kids -- Logan 10 and Hayden 7. Married for almost 18 years.
