I follow a Zone type of plan - ish. I mainly try to eat clean and get full.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I follow the workouts of my affiliate and am currently doing a Crossfit Endurance program. i workout both at home and at my affiliate.
