How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat paleo, except when I'm too lazy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I do strength training at a globo gym and incorporate crossfit circuits in when I can. Also have a home gym
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did WORKOUT before Crossfit, but I've never been an athlete.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Husband forced me into it after he started, but I love it now.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I listen to my body and decide when I need to rest.
