How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat Paleo 85% of the time, all the time.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I am the owner/ head coach of CrossFit HAF in Tampa.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up playing a lot of different sports, but wrestling became my love. Although I did not wrestle for a college, I continued to compete unattached for several years after. I coached wrestling at the youth, then as a High School head coach.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Opening my own box has been both a nerve wracking and extremely rewarding experience. Even at 4am, when I wake up, I never dread going to work.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I train when I can, but it is usually 3 or 4 on- 1 off.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I was introduced to CrossFit in the Army (82nd ABN DIV). I fell in love with it. I got my level 1 Certification before I had ever worked out at a box. When I finally went to CrossFit 305 in Miami, I loved the group dynamic, and got so much more out of it than training alone.
