I'm a husband and father of 5 little people. I do website development as my daily profession and Crossfit for fun. I started doing Crossfit at home in 2008. It involved inventing my own workout equipment sometimes and it was pretty raw. Now I'm at the most amazing box: Crossfit 604. Boy have I come a long way!

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
If only I was able to stick with it for the past 4 years, I would be farther ahead. Still, I'm in no hurry to become an elite athlete or anything. I just enjoy doing Crossfit and it keeps me healthy and sane, especially when most of my life is spent sitting at a keyboard.
