I've been doing CrossFit and a part of Diablo CrossFit since 2006. My first WOD left me on the ground completely humbled and trashed, but ready for more. Lucky to workout and be a part of the best CF gym I've ever seen or heard of. Our athletes and community are un-paralleled, and things keep getting better and better.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo/Primal since 2008, never looked back. When I was 25, and at my heaviest, I weighed 270lbs. Those days are long gone.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
