How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Having trouble with food lately, being abroad. I have been strict paleo for 2 years and eyeball the zone (plus all the fat I want). Lots of white meat and big salads, fruit, olive oil and the like. Also, I can't thank John at Simply Pure Nutrients enough; his products have been absolute LIFE SAVERS.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Following the Progressive Fitness CF site as closely as I can while working on my weaknesses. It's getting close to game time, so I'm working on my strengths more as well.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was a lsd runner and then a swimmer in highschool. Then I found crossfit... the rest is history.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Work hard when you feel good, work when you don't really feel like it, and take rest seriously when you need it.

Since summer '09, never looked back.
