How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Keeping weight on is always a challenge for me, so I don't beat myself up too badly over cheats like dairy and starch.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I follow Chris Hoppe's evil-master-mind, competitor prescription at Progressive Fitness CrossFit.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was a runner and then a swimmer in highschool. Then I found crossfit... the rest is history.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Work hard when you feel good, work when you don't really feel like it, and take rest seriously when you need it. That much hasn't changed the past few years.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Since summer '09, never looked back.
