I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
By college sports, I mean walking-on at the start of my freshmen year then promptly walking-off 6 months later.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Outside of the actual workouts themselves, my experience with CrossFit has been pretty good.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I really don't think anyone wants to recreate my workout schedule.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have no friends outside of the gym.
