How I Eat
Meatballs, chicken, canned peaches, linguica, eggs, blueberry crisp, ketchup, and Yogurt Mill (with sprinkles) are the main staples of my diet.
How I Train
When I'm not destrominating wods at Crossfit Excel, I workout at Crossfit Fancy Nancy where the pull up bars are made of glitter and dancing to the Pitch Perfect soundtrack is our warm up.

I regularly play recreational sports
I mow lawns and shoot cats and birds for fun.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started with my crossfit/beauty school sista Gina, then found out my crazy next door neighbor was one of Crossfit Excel's owners.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually do one workout a day unless I'm destressing from a day full of Bridezillas., then I'll do 2.
