I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
former endurance junkie. Marathons, triathlons, etc...still love running!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit has helped push me to my physical limits and beyond. It has made me feel younger and stronger.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
2 WODs X week at Crossfit Central + 2X/week Olly and running and maybe an extra WOD.
