I eat strict Faileo. (Legume-lover, vegetarian, allergic to tree nuts.)
How I Train
I like to run silly long miles. CrossFit is my second love, and I do it for funsies.
My Athletic Background
I used to be reeeeeally fat. Then I started running and got less fat. Then I started CrossFitting and got even LESS fat. Still got plenty of fat on me, though. I'm not very athletically inclined. I have a penchant for dropping barbells on my feet. My mom calls me Grace.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Run 5k to CrossFit for free introductory WOD. WOD. Realize that running to CF was the worst idea ever. "Run" 5k home. Avoid walking down stairs for a week.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do whatever sounds fun to me at any given moment. Fly by the seat of my compression tights, if you will.
