How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow the 80/20 rule with Paleo... 80% of what I eat is Strict Paleo, and the rest is not. By "not" I don't mean that I eat a box of donuts on Saturday morning. I am a Type I Diabetic, and do watch my diet very carefully. I do have orange juice and other like foods to correct low blood sugars... BUT my wife and I do usually have our "cheat meals" on the weekends. Over all I would say my diet is pretty good.

I record my workouts
I do most of my training at my affiliate, but have been know to do WODs at home. I dont have a ton of equipment at home, basically my speed rope, #90 KB, #35 DB, weight vest, and a plyo box. My weakness is by far metcon... having trained more in the strength realm previous to CrossFit. I am a coach at my box, and enjoy helping my athletes get better and compete.
