How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I'm trying to work on this. I work weird hours at a restaurant that primarily serves fried food, so I don't necessarily eat too healthy. I've read a lot about the Paleo lifestyle and I would like to work toward it!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played soccer when I was younger, but switched to music in elementary school. I was in marching band in high school and I was in really great shape from it. Believe it or not, it takes a lot to run across a football field while playing an instrument and wearing a full wool uniform!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
