How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
No grains or processed foods, some whole milk and cheese. I tend to have a 2 hour cheat window on a Saturday night, purely to maintain my sanity!
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I am a collegiate S&C coach in the UK so I can train at work. A great new box (CrossFit Glevum) has opened near my office so now get to train at a box regularly for the first time ever. Jacob Tsypkin, Head Coach at CrossFit Monterey, has been kind enough to program for me since September 2009.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train on a 5on/2off schedule. I train at work and work can be early starts and late finishes. I have 2 young children and weekends are for family time.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I discovered CrossFit whilst researching training methods for the job I was in at the time. I tried a 20min AMRAP of pull-ups and DB thrusters...that was in April 2007 and the rest is history!
