Bio

In October of 2011 I was a recovering distance runner. I had awful mobility and I wasn't very strong. I met Coach Joe Lengel (miss u Joe ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ) and since then I've just shown up. Along the way, I started coaching and began finding joy through the inspiration of others. ๐Ÿ‘‰IG @MickeyMetcon

I wrestled in high school, and I love running. I won a golf scramble once despite having to use one of my shots - does that count as pro sports ๐Ÿ’ ? Oh, and I'm good at Wii tennis ๐ŸŽพ And bowling ๐ŸŽณ
