In October of 2011 I was a recovering distance runner. I had awful mobility and I wasn't very strong. I met Coach Joe Lengel (miss u Joe 👊🏽) and since then I've just shown up. Along the way, I started coaching and began finding joy through the inspiration of others. 👉IG @MickeyMetcon
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I generally eat real food, but I'm flexible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I program for many others.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I wrestled in high school, and I love running. I won a golf scramble once despite having to use one of my shots - does that count as pro sports 💁 ? Oh, and I'm good at Wii tennis 🎾 And bowling 🎳

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I may show up every day, but I understand rest and active recovery.
