I am an Irishman living in Brazil. I discovered crossfit here and have trained in crossfit79 ever since. I am a chef and living in Sao Paulo is stressful and you are always moving. Crossfit is when i can relax, work off any stress and genuinely talk to friends i have met at my box. it is more than training. I compete and I do the open purely to measure my improvement and it is nice to think that i am competing with the best.
