I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Been in sports since I was a kid.. Football, basketball, track, tennis, Jiu Jitsu & MMA for many years. I'm also a Paddlefit Pro coach L3. So I use paddleboarding as my sport. I coach and compete in paddleboard races.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I've been crossfit strong for just under 6 years. Crossfit Level 2
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
We do double and tripple wods per day.. I average 6 workout days per week and also maintain my rest days as "active" rest.. fun outdoors activities. Paddleboarding coach and athlete.
