Bio

I've decided to move on from my hit workout video series, which I'm sure you've heard of.. INSANITY, and enter the world of Crossfit. The transition has been easy. The thousands of Tuck Jumps that I've performed has made my hips incredibly explosive. Get at me ladies.

ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

I have incredible success following a strict regiment of Costco Kirkland Protein shakes, Ostrich meat, and weekly juice cleanses.

How I Train

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I write my own programming

Due to my extensive background in bodyweight movements, I have mastered them all. I rarely touch a barbell, but when I do, it's just to gain some mass. I have my Crossfit coach film me during my WODs so I can later watch them at home by myself.. Or with the lucky lady I have that night.. Get at me ladies.

My Athletic Background

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I find that if I stand in front of the class with my headset microphone on and give instructions during the WOD, it really motivates them. CROSSFIT HQ! You need to incorporate my teaching method into your programming or Level 1 cert.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

Ladies stay away.. Crossfit WIL bulk you up. Just being around those weights.. just looking at them. BULK. Crossfit does great for the community, I guess. But I still dominate. HQ, do you have videos playing around the globe? Get at me HQ.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

I only use Crossfit programming to supplement my INSANITY routines. SUPPLEMENT. Once HQ starts programming tuck jumps and high knees into their programming.. Shaun Tee is gonna dominate the Games.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

6-12 months

Do people really "Do Crossfit?" Perform Crossfit? Partake in Crossfit? Whatever. The sports bra's and the LuLu's brought me here.. and I'm here to stay. Get at me ladies. Explosive hips.. Shaun "Insanity" Tee.
