How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Not a strict diet follower. Try to go for Paleo meals but need to give up sugar and alcohol.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I also played one year of college baseball. After lawschool and during private practice exercise dissappeared for almost 9 years. At 40 it takes a while to get back into shape.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My wife started a year before I decided to join. Now I'm hooked.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to go at least 3 days per week. It's hard running a business and managing family.
