My wife and I own CrossFit Oakdale in Oakdale, CA. 2014 makes my 6th year competing in the NorCal. Regionals in 2009, Sectionals in 2010, Regionals in 2011, 2012, 2013 and now headed to 2014. Best finish was 10th in 2011.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit in July, 2006 and followed the mainsite religiously for 2 years from a globo gym in Brooklyn, NY. I moved to CA, where I began training at CrossFit Modesto, where we followed mainsite 60%-80% for another 2 years. I got my L1 in 2009, although I never had any intention of doing so, I just loved it so much, it evolved. I began programming in early 2010, and have programmed ever since. My wife opened CrossFit Oakdale in Dec, 2011 and I do the programming there. I became involved in the Games Qualifiers in 2009, with my best finish as 10th in the 2011 NorCal Regionals.
