I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I follow the CrossFit Invictus Competition programming. I do some extra skill work and take Oly lifting classes.
My Athletic Background
I used to compete in martial arts at a national level. I did some powerlifting events and natural bodybuilding shows a long time ago. Later switched to triathlon and cross country mountain biking. All in all I have been competitive in some sports for almost 30 years.
