I record my workouts
I follow Beni Bachmann's CF Turicum competition programming. Additionally, I work with former Swiss elite gymnast Pascal Bollmann on my gymnastic skills.
My Athletic Background
I used to compete in martial arts at a national level. I did some powerlifting events and natural bodybuilding shows a long time ago. Later switched to triathlon and cross country mountain biking. All in all I have been competitive in some sports for almost 30 years.
